if i miss a workout can i double up the next day

I would just continue where you left off in the program when you feel ready. And resist the urge to double up your next workout to make up for the day you missed, as doing so can impact your recovery and reduce subsequent workout performance. I havent had enough sleep also but I kinda feel guilty because I didnt have the chance to work out. I would just repeat the week over again, so if you were on week 4 going into week five, just start the on the first day of week 4 and continue form there.I completed 4 weeks of t25, then had some work travel interfere for two weeks but I was able to get 2-3 days of cardio from playing basketball.
