There was no message on either phone, and if I had not checked my email, we would have arrived at 11:00 at night to find we did not have a room. Hospitality is our business and also our pleasure.On our most recent visit to New Orleans we stayed at Olde Town Inn for 1 night & for a whopping $56 per night we got to stay in an historic Creole style home that just added to our New Orleans experience!Thank you for staying with us on your recent visit to New Orleans.
I almost felt like turning around, this was early in the morning and I could only imagine how it would look and be at night. To sum it up yes, for sure we are staying at Olde Town Inn when we return to New Orleans!-Rebecca out.

Floors have not been cleaned. This is ridiculous because we're still paying almost $300 a night!Let me start by saying that the 2 ladies at the front desk were both very friendly and sweet , that's the last positive thing I have to say about this dump. I was fooled by the other reviews.DO NOT STAY HERE! Aquarium of the Americas is located a 10-minute drive from Old Town Inn. My grandmother and I shared a king bed ( maybe California King)that was large enough for four people! Walking distance to alot of bars and restaurants. No experience required! So an extra 100 bucks at the holiday Inn was so worth it!I am sorry for the experience you describe above. We found trash that had been left in the drawers and an empty water bottle under the bed. People very polite,  stayed w my children. A cable TV is offered in each air-conditioned room. We felt totally safe walking around the neighborhood at night going to local eateries. This is not old world charm it's simply a dump. Met some friendly folks on the back patio on my first night here; they said they've been coming here for years. My coworkers and I needed a place to stay for one night in New Orleans after a business trip in Biloxi. I have included photos of the filth of the room , they should speak for themselves. The rooms had a old feel but it was obvious they had been putting money into the place.
