So, bearing in mind my opening comments, I give this 5 stars and highly recomend it for western and Jim Davis fans. The best western directed by Edward L Cahn I have seen since the masterful LAW AND ORDER (1932). It started by coming back to a town who hated him and wanted him dead, and ended with a town adoring him for saving their town and finding out who the actual bad guys were. I say this because "Noose..." and Jim Davis are in that category for me.
