The menu is so huge that you can anything you want, with of course, spanish and lanzarote specialties!Decided to eat at lunchtime today, as we would have a new year out drinking. Mary & I met friends M & M and got there at our reserved time and, fortunately, our table for six was ready and waiting. From poblano soup to my mahi-mahi with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and spices everything was a hit. Everything was so juicy and delicious.

Can't get much better!Great restaurant in Southwest Detroit. Got the supreme fajitas (steak, chicken, and shrimp). Three bottles of wine later, which diners can bring with them since the restaurant does not serve liquor, we decided to head out some of the hungry diners in waiting could have our table. There are tons of waitstaff yet the service is terrible. The meat was cooked perfectly and mine came with such a delicious sauce. The salad that came with my meal was so crispy and fresh. Two of us ordered the lamb chop/lamb shoulder special and it was perfectly cooked and presented.

The food prices have risen dramatically, quite a bit higher than what their own website shows, which amounts to false advertising. Maybe too early? I had one of my favorites the Cualdo mariscos which seemed much spicier and tastier than I remembered from previous visits (it's been nearly a year since we were here). The food was again excellent. El Asador Steakhouse Carry Out, Tues - Sun, 11 am - 9 pm Lunch & Dinner available all-day 15% off every order. The waitress brought us wine glasses and we opened a bottle of an excellent red that M & M had brought.

I got 26$ worth of tacos and lemme tell you i legit threw it all away cause it didn't even smell good. Looked at the menu outside and they had a special of half roasted chicken. The dining space is intimate and eclectic.

I had been critical of our last visits to El Asador but I'm glad to say that I was very pleased with our experience tonight and can't wait to return in the near future. What safety measures are they taking?

The only thing that would make it better is if they had alcohol but we don't HAVE to have booze all the time do we?

By the time we placed our orders, the restaurant was packed with happy diners and people were stacking up at the door. Always a friendly welcome by all the staff and we can't fault the food, which I always feel is cooked with passion. We ordered only main courses.
