KGF Chapter 1 is a 2018 action Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam movie. this is the first of its kind movie in the Indian cinema.. what a screenplay, you cant take your eyes off the movie even for a second... what a cinematography! The movie was released on 20 December 2018. it is bad enough that India's TV portrays mostly the mix breed indians but having to enhance their voices makes this movie unwatchable for me. The sets are so realistic with rustic cinematography capturing them in much more detail.

The heroine's role was insulting to say the least. Every character has a depth to it.

Watched both Kannada and Telugu versions. Simply awful.

Magnum Opus in Indian film history .Excellent movie .

Finally ran out of patience and didn't finish, and not looking forward to any other part of it. Its very very difficult to combine thriller+Mother's love .This movie proves other wise . if yes, this is our Indian version of it.

Director did a fantastic job in weaving 5-6 emotional episodes that do not slow down the movie but instead act as a catapult to the movie proceedings.

Its typical one supernatural hero movie, but I love it.

At least the Kannada version seems more original(ish) with Goondas running around one heroic person kicking twenty Goondas in one kick. I tried - I seriously tried to watch this film but it was absolutely horrible.  version is even more worse! It is definitely a little unbelievable, but i guess that's what i was expecting .. Good watch overall

Hoping that it would slow down later on in the movie I skipped forward and watched another 5-10 minutes but nothing had changed. The Hindi version has even bad language translation lip-sync and it feels the actors are mumbling rubbish.  version and I thought the script was bad and rated it with 3 respectable stars!. Disgusting pictures at the start. I made effort to watch the Hindi version assuming that it will be better.

Also, dubbing is rather poor in terms of dialogues - can't imagine that the writing could be this poor so I am blaming the flimsy translations. KGF features Yash in the lead role. This is the second Bollywood movie I have tried to watch and I had to shut them both off.

This film is the worst of the worst as far as masala films go. It did not.

He hardly talks (maybe less than 20 dialogues), but his costumes, mannerisms and screen presence is spot on and does the job. Based on all the reviews its should be great but the acting and screen play are horrible.

The rapid cuts and loud background music (which was awesome yes) made the whole thing feel disjointed and took away from the experience. Sorry I could not bear it. watch it for 15 minutes, hoping it will get better.

What a movie, what a screenplay, what a screen presence by Yash, what a BGM by Ravi basrur, what a cinematography, what a characterization... everthing is perfect in this movie.. this movie has a repeast value and you will be addicted to watch it multiple times... first time in the india cinema such an intense action movie with a top notch BGM/cinematography done..... the screenplay is so intense and it glues your eyes to the screen... Never miss this masterpeice and enjoy it.... there are a log of goosebumps scenes which you experience through out the movie... must watch...

No high speed vehicles, but the emotion replaces all those racy stuff.

You feel you are in those KGF fields all the time. Phenomenal BGM.. added such depth to each scene... could have been better with the song bits ... (I missed Keeravani here... ) .. Cant wait for Chapter 2.
